Panasonic VIERA G10 Series TC-P50G10 Review

Posted under Panasonic

Even though you may be sitting there right now thinking it’s going to cost too much, you’re completely wrong. Heck, even if you just put back the amount of money you spend on movies each month or something else; you could pay cash for it. Whatever the case may be, the Panasonic VIERA G10 Series TC-P50G10 Plus is a top of the line product on today’s market.

Granted, everything isn’t “peachy,” but we’ll go over that momentarily. Since a normal review you see online is all about the positives, we’re actually going to discuss the negatives as well. The truth is this television may not be the best option for you, but it will primarily be based on preference. After all, you’re spending your hard earned money so we definitely don’t blame you.

This 50″ LCD television has all kinds of benefits as well like the 1920 x 1080 resolution, 3 HDMI inputs, a PC input, and the usually THX certification. The crystal clear view by itself is enough to make you take notice, but the rest of the features put it within the top 5 television products out there. We could give you all the technical jargon, but you probably don’t know everything that makes a cell phone tick, so why go through it all (you’ll see it shortly anyways).

If you are planning on mounting the TV onto the wall, the room that it is put in should be not too lit up by the sun and shouldn’t be too bright if you want to avoid a glare on the TV or just light reflection.

Although this is a wonderful TV, there are a few aspects that are negative; not major disadvantages, but rather small aspects. The sound that comes from the onboard speakers is a little thin, but isn’t too bad. However, you can fix this little problem by turning up the bass as well as the bass boost and it should sound just fine.

Just as a tip, you can sometimes find additional speakers for the Panasonic VIERA G10 Series TC-P50G10 Plus. Another thing you’ll notice is that they might even work better then the standards that come with the television. Just add in a sub-woofer and you’ll have an experience that is truly “movie-like.”

One other issue that many people may have an issue with is the input locations. Many video gamers enjoy the ease of having the inputs on the front, but with the Panasonic VIERA G10 Series TC-P50G10 Plus they are found on the left edge of the television. While this may be a problem to some, keep in mind that if the TV is mounted, it’s really not going to be an issue. If you keep all these things in mind and understand how nice this television is for your home, it will bring years of enjoyment for the entire family.
